Καύση ἄφθονου λιβανωτοῦ
Λιβανωτὸ εἶναι ἡ κολακεία, τὸ ὑπερβολικὸ ἐγκώμιο σὲ κάποιον. «Μετὰ τὰ γεύματα ἐπηκολούθει καῦσις ἀφθόνου λιβανωτοῦ παρὰ τῶν παρισταμένων». Ἐναλλακτικὰ λέγεται «ἀναπέμπω λιβανωτοὺς σὲ κάποιον»: Ὅλη μέρα τὰ κανάλια ἀναπέμπουν λιβανωτοὺς στὸν πρωθυπουργό.
